Point of Diversion: The headgate of Unit 'A' Pipeline is <br />located on Koppers Springs, whence the <br />Southeast Corner of Section 25, Township <br />50 North, Range 8 East of the New Mexico <br />Principal Meridian, bears South 46°41' <br />East 5069.7 feet, and water is carried <br />through said pipeline a distance of 1395 <br />to a pumping plant. <br />4. Purposes: Domestic, mill, manufacturing and <br />irrigation of lawn. <br />5. Priority Date: December 31st 1927 <br />6. Amount: 1 cubic foot of water per second of <br />time. <br />PRIORITY NO. Source: Spring and Swale area, tributary to the <br />Arkansas River. <br />3. Point of Diversion: The headgate of Unit 'B' Pipeline is <br />located on Koppers Springs, whence the <br />Southeast corner of Section 25 , <br />Township 50 North, Range 8 East of the <br />New Mexico Principal Meridian, bears <br />South 46°41 ', East, 5069.7 feet, and <br />water is carried through said pipeline <br />for a distance of 1234 feet, and thence <br />through an open ditch for a distance of <br />2985 feet. <br />4. Purposes: Irrigation <br />5. Priority Date: July 31st, 1956 <br />. 6. Amount: 1.33 cubic feet of water per second of time. <br />
