This year we mined approximately 1.37 acres from the 17.56 <br />acres + included in mining Stage I. It should be noted that because of the great <br />variation in thickness across Stage I, the number of acres mined each year may <br />fluctuate greatly. Stage I is scheduled to continue through 1981. Reclamation <br />Phase II will commence in 1982. <br />Reference is made to MLRB Rules and Regulations, effective July 1978, Section 2.40: <br />• <br />2.41 (1) 1.37 acres +, see map attached. <br />(2) Not applicable. <br />(3) Not applicable. -- - - <br />(4) Not applicable. <br />(5) Not applicable. <br />(6) Not applicable. <br />(7) Mining will continue in Mining Stage I according to estimated <br />timetable.
