The average rate of production <br />for 1992 was 28,389 tons per day on a 21 day per month schedule. <br />Our work force at the end of December 1992 was 493 emplo~rees. <br />RECLAMATION AREA ACTIVITIES <br />Reclamation of disturbances as they occur and efforts to <br />minimize disturbance by planning and reduction of unnece:~sary <br />uses continues to be the goal of Henderson Mine and Mill. <br />Treatment in the following areas demonstrate adherence to this <br />guideline. <br />Area 1 <br />Approximately 2200 pounds of fertilizer was placed on <br />previously reclaimed slopes around the Mine site area. A 33-0-0 <br />fertilizer was used. <br />Area 9 <br />Water pool elevation was 8766.0 at year end 1992 in the <br />tailing deposition basin. Soil stockpiling progressed as <br />planned. Approximately 50,000 cubic yards of material were <br />removed from the tailing basin between elevations 8766 and 8772 <br />and stockpiled below the basin perimeter road for use during <br />final reclamation. The attached map shows the location of this <br />stored material. This stockpile will be seeded in early spring <br />
