A weekly Sample of / <br />the inactive pond is also analyzed on-site. TR-010 Specifies <br />a simple monthly average for regulating pond compliance. The <br />January averages are as follows: /~ <br />Active Pond 1.41 ppm CN-wad, 2.87 ppm CN-total L <br />Inactive Pond 0.96 ppm CN-wad, 2.45 ppm CN-total <br />Collection Pond 1.47 ppm CN-wad, 2.56 ppm CN-total <br />The January simple averages show compliance with our permit <br />standards of 3.8 ppm CN-wad and 4.4 ppm CN-total. <br />Samples collected on January 7 and 20 were analyzed by Core <br />Laboratories for outside lab verification. The analysis <br />reports from Core Labs for the samples collected on January 7 <br />are also attached.
