110 Annual Fee Letter
Section 34-32-110(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that,
"...the Operator shall annually file, on the annivers ry date of
the permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Ope ations. The
Notice of Intent shall contain an annual fee of E50.0 and a map or
statement that shall indicate: (a) the land affected during the
~• previous year; (b) the land to be affected during the coming year;
and (c) any land reclaimed during the preceding year.' Division
records indicate you owe E50.

material.
