Approximately <br />One to One and one-half acres were mined during the year. <br />2. This same area was back sloped after mining. (1 to li ac.) <br />3. The entire previously mined area has been back sloped. <br />Top soil piles have been seeded. <br />4. No vegetation way planted during the year. <br />5. Some liquid fertilizer meeting SCS specs was applied <br />by the property owner in parts of Phase I-A and IV. <br />6. The mining schedule continues to be slower than anticipated. <br />A slow-down in business is the cause. Mining time-table <br />needs to be revised. A revision in topsoil depth as <br />assessed by the Soil Conservation Service has been done <br />and a technical revision needs to be made to reflect the <br />decrease in topsoil thickness from the orginial nlan. <br />7. It is estimated that one to four acres will be mined this <br />cominq year in the south-southwest area of Phase I-A and <br />less than one acre will be mined at the north side of <br />this same phase. <br />8. The effective date of this information is June 22, 1989. <br />See attached map. <br />The Annual Fee of $350.00 us enclosed. <br />George R.
