No. M-95-056, Logan County <br />Anniversary date: February 22, 2001 <br />FEDERAL TAX TD~k <br />The current bond amount is $131,200, the permitted area is <br />86.38 acres ± and the pit is not Phased. This pit HAS NOT been <br />granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 <br />days this year. The areas of disturbance have not changed from <br />last year so please refer to the 1999-2000 Annual Report Map for <br />the areas discussed in this report. An amendment was approved this <br />year that increased the size of the mine and bond. We are <br />currently working on getting the bond increased to t:he above <br />referenced amount, <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annuetl Report <br />questions as required in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and Regulations and <br />the Annual Notice Letter. <br />(1) No new area was disturbed this year, we continued to remove <br />materials from Lake Robert and Lake Marjorie that was dis- <br />turbed in previous years.
