INTEROFFICE MEMORANDUM <br />TO: TOM KALDENBA <br />FROM: JANET BINNS " <br />SUBJECT: FOIDEL EK , C082-O56, SECOND HALF 1999 SUBSIDENCE REPORT <br />DATE: 2/10/00 <br />CC: DAN FIERNANDEZ <br />Tom, could you please review Twentymile Coal Company's Second Half 1999 Subsidence report for <br />compliance with the regulations and their permit, I have taken a preliminary look through the report <br />and it appears Twentymile Coal Company did not submit survey monitoring data for the second half <br />(July I, 1999- December 31, 1999) of 1999. They appear to have included the survey tables from the <br />first half of 1999. <br />It also does not appear that Twentymile Coal Company has responded to the Division's comment>~A <br />and ~Z •egazding the first half 1999 subsidence report, and 1998 subsidence reports. Item No. 1 <br />was adeq`~iu tely addressed on December 13, 1999.
