As per TR-010, daily collection pond <br />samples are analyzed on-site for cyanide concentrations, and <br />t'.J1C P. monthly samples are sent to Core Laboratories for <br />verification. Since peroxide treatment was started, the <br />weak acid dissociable cyanide levels, as analyzed by our <br />on-site lab, in the collection pond have ranged from <0.1 to <br />5.40 ppm. Based on on-site analysis, the collection pond <br />monthly averages for November were 2.29 ppm cN-wad and <br />4.29 ppm CN-total and for December were 2.12 ppm CN-cJad and <br />4.06 ppm CN-total within our operating permit standards. <br />The Core Lab analysis showed: <br />Sample Date CN-wad CN-total <br />11/11/92 0.26 0.44 <br />11/24/92 4.6 5.1 <br />12/09/92 0.34 U.6U <br />12/22/92 0.22 1.01 <br />Copies of the Core Lab analysis reports are attached.
