Enclosed are the November and December analysis reports from
Core laboratories for samples taken at the collection pond.
The analytical reports are being submitted as additional
information for our request to the tailings area security
program at BMRI's San Luis Project.
on November 6, hydrogen peroxide treatment of the collection
pond was started. As per TR-010, daily collection pond
samples are analyzed on-site for cyanide concentrations, and
t'.J1C P. monthly samples are sent to Core Laboratories for
verification. Since peroxide treatment was started, the
weak acid dissociable cyanide levels, as analyzed by our
on-site lab, in the collection pond have ranged from <0.1 to
5.40 ppm. Based on on-site analysis, the collection pond
monthly averages for November were 2.29 ppm cN-wad and
4.29 ppm CN-total and for December were 2.12 ppm CN-cJad and
4.06 ppm CN-total within our operating permit standards.
