I find this report to be satisfactory. I also <br />received the tax receipt for the Mackenzie Pit and find this to be <br />satisfactory proof of legal right to enter for this cperation. I <br />will include it as exhibit G in the aoplication. <br />I have credited $50.00 of check number 14405 for the annual fee for <br />8-Mile Creek Pit. The other 875.00 of this check has been credited as <br />the application fee for the MacKenzie Pit. <br />I will follow this letter up with an adequacy review of the MacKenzie <br />Pit shortly.
