After review of your responses one issue still remains <br />unanswered. On page 6 of your response, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Division concern related to alluvium on Foidel Creek was not addressed. (see <br />page 6> "Please attempt to identify the development of a spoil spring, <br />initiation of mine discharge, or some other event that would help explain this <br />phenomenon."
