Also submitted and reviewed were revised ARR forms for 2003,
2004, and 2005 to bring the file current regarding previously identified issues as
documented in Division ARR reviews. All previous issues have now been resolved
except as noted below.
On the 2004 ARR reporting form, a math error was noted for the category acres
seeded, 10 years or less. The value was reported as 18.29 but the total of the
specific areas in this category is 18.79 acres. However, this error was not
carried forward in following years, thus the acreage values in 2005 and 2006 are
correct. Therefore, please do not re-submit a corrected form for 2004.
2. The seed mix listed in the report matches exactly with the seed mix in the
approved permit. However, the seed invoices submitted since 2003 indicate the
lack of four species (mountain muhly, buffalo grass, rubber rabbitbrush, and
woods rose). Please explain this apparent discrepancy.
This concludes our review. Please respond within 30 days of receipt of this letter.
