All <br />dumping from the West Pit Mining Activity was dumped above previously mined <br />areas within the fill perimeter during the quarter. <br />Drainage type material that was previously hauled to the top of the dump <br />for incorporation into the surface drain was placed in the drainage bottom, <br />however, the material was not sorted or properly placed in the final drainage <br />configuration as of the end of the quarter. (See Photographs 119 through 121) <br />Attached to this report are my certification that all construction <br />requirements have been met thus far in constructing the West Pit Excess Fill. <br /> a~ <br />Stephen R.
