F.R BANK POST OFFICE BO%]34 <br />BRUSH, C;O LORaDO 807.33 <br />ANNUAL REPORT <br />OPERATOR: The Farmers State Bank of Brush, Colorado <br />PERMIT #: 80-135 <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: 10-7-83 <br />TO: Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />Gentlemen: <br />As you are aware, The Farmers State Bank of Brush has done very <br />little with the mining operation known as Headley Farms since <br />assuming the operation. <br />Our intent is to sell the property as soon as possible and transfer <br />the Permit to a new owner. In the meantime, we currently have a <br />small local contractor doing limited mining in one small area of <br />Pit No. 2 as evidenced by the enclosed map. The affected area does <br />not amount to even one acre. No land has been reclaimed except <br />that portion which is underwater. However, that has not changed <br />during the last year.
