DMG Permit# M1981-107
In March of 2000 this permit was found, by the DMG to be in substantial violation of DMG rules.
In order to remedy these violations a substantial ammendment has been applied for. As of the date
of this report a further ammendment to that ammendment has been applied for. It is anticipated
that this ammendment will be approved by March 15, 2001. For further information please refer
