Although this is not our typical accepted <br />procedure, given the somewhat unique situation of a county government as <br />operator (e.g„ no annual fees to be paid, operations being tied closely <br />together as concerns mining and reclamation), our management staff feels that <br />your request is acceptable. <br />I will include a copy of your letter of August 20, 1986 and this letter in all <br />of the files captioned above such that there will be a clear record of our <br />agreement to your plan.
