RE: Bailey Pit, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. M-84-099, Revision No. TR-2
Dear Mr. Gregg:
On October 21, 1998 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application
submitted to the Division on October 5, 1998, addressing the following:
Changes to the seed mix and tree-planting plans, as well as armoring of the banks of the river.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division am hereby incorporated into Permit
No. M-84-099. All other conditions and requirements of Pern-it No..NI-84-099 r:;mainm fuli force and
effect.
The estimated additional liability amount of $6,200.00 for the Bailey Pit, when added to the existing
liability amount of$73,000.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done so,
please submit additional bond in the amount of$6,200.00. The revision will not be final until the bond
is approved by the Division.
