~~ <br />December 23, 1985 <br />Page 2 <br />MLRD <br />As per our last year s transmittal, we have been examining the possibility of <br />a golf course and, in fact, have retained a golf course developer, Mr. Richard <br />Phelps, to help us design our end result land plan. We have also retained <br />Quaternary Environmental Consultants to study all of the various environmental <br />impacts. Hopefully, by this time next year we will have a finished plan which <br />we will present to the Board. <br />For your information, we are enclosing a letter from the golf course architect <br />which relates to his work thus far. <br />We hope the information contained herein is satisfactory.
