The pit has been <br />essentially shut down. As a result of the present economy and <br />market conditions, as well as the current state of the <br />construction industry, there has been little demand and the mined <br />material presently remains stockpiled. <br />With the above in mind, no additional area, over and above that <br />reflected in our 1988 annual report has been disturbed. The <br />small amount of stockpiled material involved previously disturbed <br />areas. The mining effort has continued downward and not outward. <br />Quite frankly, this is liable to be the case for several years <br />hence. <br />In conjunction with the lack of mining activity, no additional <br />areas have been reclaimed either. Essentially, everything has <br />remained the same as it was in 1988. <br />Therefore, please find enclosed our previously submitted drawing <br />and report from 1988 which reflects the current situation as <br />well. The drawing notes the lack of 1988 activity.
