You will recall that CTL/ <br />Thompson, Inc. was the firm that performed all stability analyses and <br />designed and planned the excess spoil piles at Energy Mine No. 1, so they <br />are intimately familiar with the construction standards to be used. <br />For your records there is enclosed with this letter a copy of CTL/ <br />Thompson's construction observations, a copy of their photos taken during <br />construction and a copy of their daily field reports. <br />As Energy Fuels begins construction of Excess Spoil Pile No. 1, a <br />representative from CTL/Thompson, Inc. will again be on site to oversee <br />design implementation, run compaction tests on the fill and certify com- <br />pletion of the stages of construction.
