<br />1 <br />1 archaeological, Indian and paleontological resources in the <br />effected area. The range of options varies from avoidance to <br />' documentation of eligible historic sites using Historic American <br />Engineering Record or Historic American Building Survey standards. <br />' Also included is a monitoring program to protect sites from <br />vandalism, vibration monitoring of certain historic structures, <br />avoidance of resources and archaeological data recovery at <br />prehistoric, historic archaeological or paleontological sites which <br />will be impacted by future action by the proponent. <br />' Consultation with interested representatives of American <br />Indian tribes that may once have utilized the Dowe Flats area will <br />' continue. This consultation began in summer, 1993 and included on= <br />site visits by tribal representatives in October, 1993.
