Lunt; <br />D iv Ivan DueUU~ <br />Since the Division has not yet had the opportunity to review <br />Mountain Coal Company's most recent submittal of the semi-annual <br />subsidence monitoring report in detail, and a report will be <br />submitted by September 24, 1993 in the recently approved new <br />format, the Division will opt to review the data in more detail at <br />that time. However, a few items were identified by the Division <br />during the limited review time. Documentation should be provided <br />as to the nature of the errors discovered by MCC prior to the <br />submittal of the January 11, 1993 report. Also, an explanation <br />should be provided as to why a number of the panels were reset <br />during Survey ~3.
