The West Sunday Mine has <br />remained on "standby" since that time. During the current reporting period, no new acreage was <br />disturbed outside of the existing disturbed areas. <br />The Operator is presently evaluating resumption of mining operations at the West Sunday <br />Mine and other mines in the area. Initial site activities have included opening of the temporarily <br />closed mine portal. Prior to.resumption of any mining operations under this Permit, the Operator <br />will formally notify the Division of its plans so that the Division can assess whether the planned <br />mining operations will affect the existing reclamation surety amount. <br />
