<br />3. In September, 1999 the areas will be disk and a liquid fertilizer applied. <br />4. Areas affected by the spill will be disked in the spring and fall to <br />enhance infiltration of precipitation, reduce weeds and prepare seed bed. <br />2. In the fall, areas will be seeded and mulched. <br />Low soluble salt scenatis for areas with < 4 umhos/cm. <br />1. In the fall, areas will be seeded with WRN seed mixture. <br />If germination and establishment is not successful, soil will be retested and <br />appropriate scenario will be implemented. The basis of the high to low salinity <br />tolerance for plants wa.s determined from "Diagnosis and Improvement of Saline <br />Soils", USDA Handbook 60, February 1954. <br />In summary, WRN has taken action to prevent future spills by physically <br />inspecting all valves to ensure they are turned off and will utilized new hose with <br />500 psi rating.
