It is <br />our intention to continue mining at this site, <br />As requested, we are submitting the following information: <br />1. No new acres were affected in the past year. Mining was <br />concentrated in Areas I/1 and 2 as outlined in blue. <br />2-6. We have reclaimed approximately 2 acres on the east side of area <br />N1. (Picture enclosed). The area has been backfilled, sloped, <br />plant growth medium replaced and revegetated with the species as <br />designated on our permit. Area was seeded this fall so no growth <br />is apparent as of this date. <br />7.
