Treat <br />305 G Street <br />Salida, Colorado 81201 <br />Re: File No. 80-41 <br />Section 34-32-110(4) of the Colorado 74ined Land Reclamation Act requires that <br />. the Operator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the <br />permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations. The Notice <br />of Intent shall contain an annual fee of $50,00 and a map or statement <br />that shall indicate: (a) the land affected during previous year; <br />(b) the Zand to be affected during the coming year; and (c) any land <br />reclaimed during the preceding year." <br />Based upon our records, the anniversary date of your operation is March 3 <br />and annual fees for the year(s) 1983 , totalling $ ~- <br />are due on that date. <br />If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as soon as <br />possible; otherwise, we will expect to receive the annual fees as required by <br />the statute on or before your anniversary date. Also, please include the <br />required Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations to bring the Division <br />up to date as to the progress of mining and reclamation on the site.
