Thus <br />far, there have not been significant changes in quality above and below the mine. <br />However, if there were problems, and there were inflows or withdrawal points below the <br />mine but above SW-8, we would not be able to detect them. Having this information <br />might be helpful to the operator, too, in the event that a potential surface water quality <br />problem is identified.
