The information provided below is in an itemized form,st as <br />set or h in Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board Rules and Regul~jtions, <br />116 (1)(a) 2.41, Annual Reports. <br />1) None, see below. <br />2) (done, see below. <br />3) None, see below. <br />4) Not Applicable <br />5) Not Applicable <br />6) Not Applicable <br />7) iVo additional acreage to be affected during the reporting period, <br />September 1980 -September 1981. <br />The Schwartzwalder Mine, located in Jefferson County, is an underground <br />uranium mine employing standard hardrock mining techinques. The aFfected <br />lands, as described in the above-captioned permit are essential to ongoing <br />operations at the mine, and preclude any phased reclamation efforts. The <br />scheduled reclamation operations, as set forth in the Schwartzwalder permit <br />application, as amended, will commence at the completion of mining operations. <br />Acreage subject to reclamation has been maintained within the acre~~ge limita- <br />tion established in Exhibit A of the application.
