The <br />inspection of both piles, Surface Waste Pile and Old No. 9 Excavation was conducted on December 14, 2006. No <br />additional material was added to either pile during fourth quarter 2005. The mine is in temporary cessation. No <br />additional maintenance items were identiFed for either pile. <br />Please assure that the waste pile inspection reports are forwarded to the Division within two weeks of the inspection in <br />accordance with Rule 4.09.1(11).
