Cattany Acting Division Director Rule 2.04.13(1):By February I5, or other such date as agreed on, each permittee shall file an annual reclamation report covering theprevious calendar yearfor all areas under bond. The report shall include, but not be limited to, text, discussion and maps which address: The report is incompliance with this rule. It was dated January 16, 2003 (cover letter), and received at the Division on January 21, 2003. A map was included. Rule 2.04.13(1)(a): The name and address of the permittee and permit number; The report is in compliance with this rule. The name and address of the permittee and permit number are Minrec, Inc., 2768 Compass Drive, Suite 101, Grand Junction, Colorado 81506, Permit Number C-81-025. Rule 2.04.13(1)(b): Location and number of acres disturbed during that year; The report is in compliance with this rule. No land was disturbed during 2002. Rule 2.04.13(1)(c): Location and number of acres bac~lled and graded during that year; The report is in compliance with this rule. 0.2 acres were backfilled and graded during 2002. Rule 2.04.13(1)(d): Location and number acres topsoiled during that year; The report is in compliance with this rule. No land was topsoiled during 2002. Rule 2.04.13(1)(e): The species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted during that year, including any augmented seeding or cultural practices; and No land were seeded or cultivated during 2002. Weed control was performed.
