ANgUAC REPORT: RE: Annual Report, Fee, Map for Permit M-81-132 Valco, Inc.-Lamar West Pit Enclosed is our annual report map and fee for the above named mining operation for 1989-90 reporting period. 1. There was no mining for the year. No acres were affected. 2. No acres were reclaimed. 3. No additional reclamation has occurred since our last report dated November 5, 1989. 4. The vegetation cover on the slopes is from a natural process. We due anticipate some mining for the 1990-91 year so we do not plan to plant any type of vegetation this coming year. 5. No fertilizer, organic material or soil conditioners were used. 6. The growth of natural vegetation appears to be good. 7. Anticipated mining in 1990-91 would occur in phase 1 of our plan. Affected acres would be between one and three. 8. The effective date of this information is November 30, 1990. Also, please accept this letter as our statement that because the affected land was used for less than 180 days last year this does not constitute any temporary cessation of mining and should circumstances occur in 1990-91, similar to the afore mention Chis also would not constitute any temporary cessation of mining.
