Condition of underdrain (approx. current width, depth, and length), material <br />gradation and characteristic, compaction, presence of water N/A <br />5. General material movement Minor settlement cracks within bac kfilled and graded <br />area above old highwall. No recent movement observed. Continue monitoring. <br />6. Proximity and treatment of seep points Spoil spring 1000 ft downgradient flowing <br />at a rate of approx. 40 apm (visual estimate) <br />7. Condition of slope fill surface (grading, cracks or sloughing, erosion, <br />revegetation) General condition of graded surface is good. Good vegetation cover <br />around check dams. No maior visible evidence of severe erosion or cracking <br />except as noted. Some additional orading conducted in pit area <br />8. Recommendation Continued observation as the fill is placed and the West Wadge Pit <br />area is graded and reclaimed. Differential settlement and erosion should be moni- <br />tored and repaired as necessary. <br />9.
