4/12/04 -Gauge ring stopped at 85(Y. Ran into 13 3/8" casing with a 12'/+" bit. Bit stopped ®1220'.
4/13/04 -Cleaned 13 3/8" casing to 1580' Set cast iron bridge plug at 1510'. Rig down Key Energy.
6/14/04 Cudd Pressure Control tripped [0 1508 feet with roil tubing unit into 13 3/8" ®sing string. Halliburton pumped 830 sacks of 15.6
H/gal Type G, 35% SSA, 0.2% CFR~ neat cement and displaced the mil tubing with water. (Please reference ASLI.P Plugging and Long
