We will continue to store topsoil in the <br />north pile. <br />(4) Phase Z has been leased by a log house manufacturing company as a <br />construction yard. This was addressed in the amendment and Clear <br />Creek County has approved the area as a use commercial area. No <br />other reclamation is called for at this time.
