On September 30, 1993, Core Laboratories received 5 tailings liquids
and 5 tailings solids for various analysis. The following
information is pertinent to the interpretation of this data package.
Due to limited sample volume for #14 15-26.5' PF (Core Laboratories
identification 931935-1), the detection limit for the analysis of
weak acid dissociable cyanide is slightly elevated (0.03 mg/L).
Total cyanide could not be analyzed on sample #14 15-26.5' PF and #16
45-55' PF (Core Laboratories identification 931935 1, 5), Sue to
limited sample volume.
Due to limited sample volumes a method duplicate and matrix spike
were not run with the weak acid dissociable cyanide batch analyzed on
October 6, 1993. A method blank, laboratory control standard and a
distillation check sample were analyzed and met quality control
criteria.
The method duplicate and matrix spike reported for T-CN a:nalyzed on
October 6, 1993, slightly exceeded the normal acceptable Limits of <
20% RPD (method duplicate) and 75-1250 recovery (matrix sppike). Due
to limited sample volumes, reanalysis could not be perforimed.
