PATRICIA C. MOSCH
Mining Engineer * Geological Engineer
P.O. Box 537
Idaho Springs, Colorado 80452
(303) 567-4565
July 7, 1988
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONTINUE MINING OPERATIONS
Permittee Name: Alvin and Patricia C. Mosch
Permit No.: M-82-075
Operation Name: Phoenix Mine
No additional lands were affected during the past year. All waste from operations
has been used to fill in open stopes in the underground workings of the existing
mine. Operations are expected to continue on the same basis during the coming year.
The Clear Creek County Read Department has moved the existing county road which
passes through the center of the mine area to eliminate a blind curve around the
Phoenix mine ore bin. This was discussed with your office last year when the
initial proposal was madf~ by the county. No lands were reclaimed during the past
year because all affected areas (roads, parking, etc.) are still in use by the
current mining activity.
'~--~- ~.1'1~ o-.u~
Particia C.
