<br />where discernable flows are greater than 5 gpm and/or flows last longer than 7 days. If mine
<br />inflows are continuous, they are sampled for laboratory analysis at least annually. Locations of the
<br />mine inflow sampling sites for WY2003 are shown on Map 1. A summary of the underdrain and
<br />mine water inflow monitoring is presented in Table 6.

<br />3.5 U.S. Forest Service Resources
<br />MCC and the U.S. Forest Service District Office in Paonia, Colorado (Forest) have agreed to
<br />informally monitor the Forest's appropriated water resources that are located over planned
<br />longwall panels and within the angle-of--draw of potential surface impacts of the mining operations,
