The balance of the waste dump is active. <br />6. Drainage from the area is controlled so as to not degrade surface <br />or ground water. <br />7. The waste dump is being constructed using recognized professional <br />standards. <br />8. All vegetative and organic material has been removed from the <br />disposal area and the topsoil has been stockpiled for future use. <br />9.
