Following are Snowcap's responses to the DMG's comments and <br />concerns: <br />1. ....spring/seep monitoring had on numerous occasions been conducted in early <br />May, rather than March/flpril as specified in the approved plan. Please provide <br />an explanation for this discrepancy, and please ensure that future monitoring is <br />conducted in accordance with the time frames specified in the approved <br />monitoring schedule. <br />SCC - We apologize for the discrepancy in the monitoring times for the <br />spring/seeps in the past years. The person responsible for monitoring these <br />locations had April/May on his schedule.
