The following supplementary information is provided for the Timberline Pit, Annual Report, 2006, the
Report Request Form is attached, no changes to the site have been made since previous maps were
provided, the annual fee has already been paid.
The City of Fort Collins has submitted the Augmentation Plan, once the augmentation plan is accepted;
the City will request the DRMS to close out this mining permit.
