The annual hydrologic report shall <br />contain at n minimum: <br />The report, dated February 2000, was received in the Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) <br />on March 6, 2000 under a Stephen Self letter of February 11,2000. No submittal date is stated in the <br />currently approved permit ("An annual hydrology report will be submitted to the Division after <br />completion of the calendar year)" This has been changed to read "by the end of the following <br />February" in the current Permit Renewal #3 application (PAP page 59). <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(e)(i): Water yuantiry data obtained from each moniroring site daring the water <br />year; <br />Water quantity data was submitted by calendar year in-lieu-of water year. The requirement is <br />changed to a calendar year in the current Permit Renewal #3 application (PAP page 59). There was <br />no discharges from the sedimentation pond (Report Page 4). The preface section of the report does <br />not identify the dischazge point of the sedimentation pond as a monitoring point. <br />Rule 4.05.13(4)(e)(ii): W'nter quality data obtained from each monitoring site daring the rater year; <br />and <br />The report is incompliance with this rule with the exception that water quality data was submitted <br />by calendar year in-lieu-of water yeaz (Permit, page 59). <br />Rule 4.05.13{4)(c){iii): /f reyttired by the Division, a written interpretation of the date and <br />identification of mining related impacts to the hydrologic balance. <br />
