Should reduced production continue through this year, it <br />may be necessary for us to revise our estimated timetables for both mining and <br />reclamation. Reclamation is scheduled to start in 1979 on Phase 0; how:ver, it <br />will probably be at least late fall before mining operations have moved into Stage I <br />so that reclamation will not be disturbed by mining. <br />Reference is made to MLRB Rules and Regulations, effective July 1978, S..c. 2.40. <br />2.41 (1) There were 2.25 acres of land disturbed in 1978. Of the 1.25 acres <br />1.05 acres were mined and 1.20 acres were stripped prior to mining. <br />(2) tdo reclamation was required by the approved application. First <br />reclamation due in 1979. <br />(3) Not applicable. <br />(4) Not applicable. <br />(5) Not applicable. <br />(6) Not applicable. <br />(7) Approximately 2.30 acres + will be disturbed in 1979. Thais acreage <br />will be west and south of the area mined in 1979. <br />(8) The Annual Report date for this pit is March 22.
