During the inspection, the <br />following items were noted: <br />Written notification should be made concerning the <br />intended relocation of discharge point 001 as required <br />by the discharge permit. <br />2. The facility appears to be in compliance with the discharge <br />(402) permit. <br />3. The Division is continuing its investigation of potential <br />water quality standards violations caused by the river <br />rechannelization project under a dredge and fill (404) <br />permit from [he U. 5.
