You may recall that I called and spoke with you on July 18, 1989, having just received your June 26, 1989 letter concerning the annual permit fee required, together with the annual report. I noted that your letter referenced that it was resent 7/13/89; hence, it was not until July 18, 1989, that the same was received here. There was a change of address, which your records appar- ently did not reflect when that fee and report letter was initially sent. Pursuant to our conversation, you agreed that the operator could pay the fee by the end of the month, July 31, 1989, and provide the report at some reasonable time thereafter. Rather than reiterating the specific reasons for our inability to provide a report with this payment, suffice it to say that the report, hopefully, will be sent by the end of August, but, in no event, no later than September 30, 1969. Enclosed is the operator's check payable to the Mined Land Reclamation Division in the amount of $350.00 and the attached sheet provided with your annual report letter, which I have signed for the operator and permittee and indicated our hope to have the report sent by the- end ~of August, but, at the outside, our deadline that the same will be prepared and sent by the end -` September.
