We intend to continue mining operations into <br />2008. The enclosed revised Appendix C map illustrates the surveyed acreage that has been <br />reclaimed (31.82 acres, including 0.79 acres newly reclaimed in 2007) and the unreclaimed <br />acreage that has been mined (13.36 acres) or is simply associated disturbance (19.12 acres). <br />Topsoil salvaged ahead of pit advancement was placed directly onto the area prepared for <br />permanent reclamation at a depth of approximately 18 inches. <br />The projection for the 2007-08 report period (October 26, 2007 through October 25, 2008) is <br />for approximately 1.63 acres of new disturbance in Mine Areas 5 and 6.
