The Wason Ranch Quarry annual report fee was <br />incorrectly submitted. The report fee is $225, however $550 was submit+:ed <br />incorrectly. Additionally, final bond release has been applied for at this site. We <br />received a letter from the Division granting financial and performance warranty <br />release for this site as of September 13, 1999. The anniversary date for this quarry <br />is September 30, 1999. It is our understanding that if bond release is granted prior <br />to the anniversary date this annual fee should be refunded.
