RECEIilED <br />Idarado Mining Company <br />2003 Annual Report SUN 2 ~ 2~3 <br />Permit No.: M-1977-403-I3R Division of Minerals and Geology <br />Anniversary Date: July 1, 2003 <br />Idarado Mining Company is implementing remediation and reclamation activities required as per <br />the Consent Decree (D. Colorado Civil Action No. 83-C-2385) between the State of Colorado <br />Department of Public Health and Environment, the State of Colorado Office of Attorney General, <br />and Idarado Mining Company. <br />AlI field reclamation and remediation activities prescribed and required within the Remedial <br />Action Plan (RAP) as amended to the Consent Decree has been completed and the monitoring of <br />these reclamation and remedial activities is being conducted and will continue to be conducted, at <br />least, until calendar year 2011. <br />Site activities conducted during the 2002-2003 permit period included: <br />a) Reclamation (e.g., soil erosion, slope stability, revegetation, diversion structure, etc.) <br />monitoring and maintenance where monitoring activities determined repairs or debris <br />accumulation removal were necessary. Periodic water quality monitoring as per the <br />schedule and requvements prescribed in the RAP. All monitoring and maintenance <br />activities under the RAP were completed in a timely fashion and to the specifications and <br />requirements of the RAP. <br />b.) Mining and milling operations associated with the Idarado Red Mountain and Pandora <br />(Telluride) sites are not and were not in active operation during calendar year 2002. No <br />mining, beneficiation, or waste rock disposal operations were conducted during permit <br />year. <br />c.) Attached to this submittal are facility maps of the Red Mountain and Pandora <br />(Telluride} mine and beneficiation operations as required per the CMLRB annual permit <br />report requu•ements. <br />
