Stover: <br />This letter is to let you know that the Division has completed <br />review of the above referenced reports, and found that relevant <br />permit and regulatory requirements have been met. On a related <br />subject, I believe you indicated that the water analyses associated <br />with retention of the sediment pond as a permanent impoundment have <br />been obtained. I would encourage you to submit the information if <br />it is available, so that if any problems are identified they can be <br />addressed in a timely manner.
