If you have requested reclamation release from the Division <br />but you permit is NOT terminated by your anniversary date listed below the annual <br />fee must be paid. If the Division does release this permit before the anniversary <br />date please do not pay this fee. <br />The fee is for last years mining and reclamation season, and must be paid even if <br />the mine was in an inactive state. It is due and payable ON OR BEFORE the permit <br />anniversary date shown below. <br />AUTOMAT].CALLY ASSESSED.
