NOTE: NO PERMITS FOR NEW MINING OPERATIONS SHALL BE GRANTED TO ANY OPERATOR WHO IS CURRENTLY FOUND TO BE IN VIOLATION IN THIS STATE (C.RS. 34-32.5-120) UNTIL THE VIOLATION IS ABATED.
